The E series
are designed as light duty truss systems with a mainly decorative
function. The E series are mostly used in the display-, shop-fitting-,
exhibition-, interior decoration- and architectural design markets.
In these markets the demands on the products are high.
The product has to look neat and clean in it’s decorative
function, but has to be very flexible, when part of a complex
structure, at the same time. Trusses from the E-series have all these
characteristics and more.
The compact lightweight construction and the high tech looks make these
truss an appropriate decorative element with numerous applications.

The E series

rental market. In combination with the box corner system the S36 offers
a flexible and strong truss system that is suitable for many
applications due to its small dimensions.
The S36V is capable of absorbing vertical as well as horizontal loads,
due to its 4 sided diagonal webbing. This gives a multitude of
possibilities and load combinations, e.g. luminaires, project screens
and moving rigs. Its main characteristics are; compactness, combined
with optimum strength and ease of assembly.

The S52 truss
is designed as a heavy-duty system for use in the rental, stage
building and event markets. It is the ideal system for structures with
longer spans.
Prolyte has developed three models in the S52 series.
The conventional S52V box truss, the similar S52SV box truss and the
S52F triangular folding truss. The 4 sided webbing of the S52SV truss
makes it possible to withstand vertical as well as horizontal loads.
This makes more applications possible for this truss, especially in 3
dimensional structures. The S52V and S52SV truss can be used in
combination, but only if the complete span is loaded in a vertical
plane.
The S52F combines cost efficiency, strength and safety in a single unit.
The main advantage of the folding truss is saving about 70-80% of
warehouse and truckspace. The user-friendly design of the S52F prevents
personal injuries during folding.
The main characteristics of the S52 are; compactness, versatility,

building and event markets. It is the ideal system for structures with

single spans; making it the perfect option for the rental, stage

pre-rigged system (4-bar, 6-bar or 8-bar) or castors.
The main characteristics of the S66 are; strength, durability,
versatility and ease of assembly.

aesthetic assembly of permanent and temporary structures.

The S100F is
developed as a heavy duty truss to be used as main grid or heavily
loaded spans in the rental, stage building, and event markets. The
S100F is the ultimate truss for structures with very long spans or
adversely short ones with extreme loads. Increased truss height and
larger diagonals make it possible to create spans up to 30 metres. The
geometry of the bracing gives the possibility to combine the S100F
truss with the S52F or S36R truss. A couple of scaff clamps will fix
the connection, thereby saving on special corners. Extra horizontal
braces are welded between the diagonals to facilitate climbing of the
truss for technicians.
The S100F proves the ability to think in terms of client-friendly and
highly efficient truss solutions.
The main characteristics of the S100F are: compactness, high load
bearing capacity and ease of assembly.
The conical coupling system (CCS7) allows for fast, efficient and
highly aesthetic assembly of permanent and temporary structures.
Furthermore, the mounting of the couplers guarantees ‘fool
proof’ assembly. It is not necessary to lift the truss during
assembly.

The B100RV
truss is the largest truss system within the complete
Prolyte range. It is developed for those applications and circumstances
where no current truss solution will fit your purposes. The B100RV is
mainly used for grids, towers or other support structures. Following
the Prolyte philosophy the truss, in spite of its dimensions, is
flexible and efficient to use. The B-series truss uses the CCS7 coupler
system.

corner range provides 2 to 6-way corners at several angles, from 45 to
135 degrees. Prolyte manufactures a series of specially designed
corners, such as the pyramid corner or swivle corner, for information

can be made on request. Different configurations and structures can be
build if lengths, arches and corners are combined.
